LAPD: Coroner's Official May Have Died From Arsenic Poisoning - CBS Los Angeles

Breitbart's coroner poisoned to death?

It's still unclear if Cormier personally worked on the probe into Breitbart's death, and WND has left messages with the coroner's office seeking comment.

On April 20, the same day Cormier died, the coroner's office released its findings into the death of Breitbart, stating the 43-year-old conservative media powerhouse died of natural causes, listing cause of death as heart failure.

"No prescription or illicit drugs were detected. The blood alcohol was .04%," the official report said. "No significant trauma was present and foul play is not suspected."

White House: Drone Strikes 'Legal and Ethical' -- News from Antiwar.com

Fresh off of an interview yesterday in which he shrugged off civilian killings in the US drone war, top White House adviser John O. Brennan was ordered to provide more "openness" on the program at a speech today in Washington.

This time, Brennan centered on the legality of the strikes, insisting that not only does the Constitution allow the president to assassinate people anywhere on the planet, but that the drone program was "legal, ethical and wise."

Brennan went on to insist that there was "nothing in international law" that prohibits launching attacks on "enemies" outside of actual battlegrounds.

Fort Stewart

From your comment on the last show about "there are no listeners on fort stewart" during the conversation about obama, there are quite a few here. Military and civilian. Just wanted to add, in our battalion of about 1500 soldiers, when our commander asked those who wanted to go to his speech we had an astounding two volunteers! So we were all forced to go due to no one supporting him.

WHITE HOUSE INSIDER: Obama Hesitated -- Panetta Issued Order to Kill Osama Bin Laden - The Ulsterman Report

I was correct in stating there had been a push to invade the compound for several weeks if not months, primarily led by Leon Panetta, Hillary Clinton, Robert Gates, David Petraeus, and Jim Clapper. The primary opposition to this plan originated from Valerie Jarrett, and it was her opposition that was enough to create uncertainty within President Obama. Obama would meet with various components of the pro-invasion faction, almost always with Jarrett present, and then often fail to indicate his position. This situation continued for some time, though the division between Jarrett/Obama and the rest intensified more recently, most notably from Hillary Clinton. She was livid over the president's failure to act, and her office began a campaign of anonymous leaks to the media indicating such. As for Jarrett, her concern rested on two primary fronts. One, that the military action could fail and harm the president's already weakened standing with both the American public and the world. Second, that the attack would be viewed as an act of aggression against Muslims, and further destabilize conditions in the Middle East.

Q: What changed the president's position and enabled the attack against Osama Bin Laden to proceed?

A: Nothing changed with the president's opinion -- he continued to avoid having one. Every time military and intelligence officials appeared to make progress in forming a position, Jarrett would intervene and the stalling would begin again. Hillary started the ball really rolling as far as pressuring Obama began, but it was Panetta and Petraeus who ultimately pushed Obama to finally act -- sort of. Panetta was receiving significant reports from both his direct CIA sources, as well as Petraeus-originating Intel. Petraeus was threatening to act on his own via a bombing attack. Panetta reported back to the president that a bombing of the compound would result in successful killing of Osama Bin Laden, and little risk to American lives. Initially, as he had done before, the president indicated a willingness to act. But once again, Jarrett intervened, convincing the president that innocent Pakistani lives could be lost in such a bombing attack, and Obama would be left attempting to explain Panetta's failed policy. Again Obama hesitated -- this time openly delaying further meetings to discuss the issue with Panetta. A brief meeting was held at this time with other officials, including Secretary Gates and members of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, but Gates, like Panetta, was unable to push the president to act. It was at this time that Gates indicated to certain Pentagon officials that he may resign earlier than originally indicated -- he was that frustrated. Both Panetta and Clinton convinced him to stay on and see the operation through.

What happened from there is what was described by me as a "masterful manipulation" by Leon Panetta. Panetta indicated to Obama that leaks regarding knowledge of Osama Bin Laden's location were certain to get out sooner rather than later, and action must be taken by the administration or the public backlash to the president's inaction would be "...significant to the point of political debilitation." It was at that time that Obama stated an on-ground campaign would be far more acceptable to him than a bombing raid. This was intended as a stalling tactic, and it had originated from Jarrett. Such a campaign would take both time, and present a far greater risk of failure. The president had been instructed by Jarrett to inform Mr., Panetta that he would have sole discretion to act against the Osama Bin Laden compound. Jarrett believed this would further delay Panetta from acting, as the responsibility for failure would then fall almost entirely on him. What Valerie Jarrett, and the president, did not know is that Leon Panetta had already initiated a program that reported to him --and only him, involving a covert on the ground attack against the compound. Basically, the whole damn operation was already ready to go -- including the specific team support Intel necessary to engage the enemy within hours of being given notice. Panetta then made plans to proceed with an on-ground assault. This information reached either Hillary Clinton or Robert Gates first (likely via militarycontacts directly associated with the impending mission) who then informed the other. Those two then met with Panetta, who informed each of them he had been given the authority by the president to proceed with a mission if the opportunity presented itself. Both Gates and Clinton warned Panetta of the implications of that authority -- namely he was possibly being made into a scapegoat. Panetta admitted that possibility, but felt the opportunity to get Bin Laden outweighed that risk. During that meeting, Hillary Clinton was first to pledge her full support for Panetta, indicating she would defend him if necessary. Similar support was then followed by Gates. The following day, and with Panetta's permission, Clinton met in private with Bill Daley and urged him to get the president's full and open approval of the Panetta plan. Daley agreed such approval would be of great benefit to the action, and instructed Clinton to delay proceeding until he had secured that approval. Daley contacted Clinton within hours of their meeting indicating Jarrett refused to allow the president to give that approval. Daley then informed Clinton that he too would fully support Panetta in his actions, even if it meant disclosing the president's indecision to the American public should that action fail to produce a successful conclusion. Clinton took that message back to Panetta and the CIA director initiated the 48 hour engagement order. At this point, the President of the United States was not informed of the engagement order -- it did not originate from him, and for several hours after the order had been given and the special ops forces were preparing for action into Pakistan from their position in Afghanistan, Daley successfully kept Obama and Jarrett insulated from that order.

This insulation ended at some point with an abort order that I believe originated from Valerie Jarrett's office, and was then followed up by President Obama. This abort order was later explained as a delay due to weather conditions, but the actual conditions at that time would have been acceptable for the mission. A storm system had been in the area earlier, but was no longer an issue. Check the data yourself to confirm. Jarrett, having been caught off guard, was now scrambling to determine who had initiated the plan. She was furious, repeating the acronym "CoC" and saying it was not being followed. This is where Bill Daley intervened directly. The particulars of that intervention are not clear to me beyond knowing he did meet with Jarrett in his office and following that meeting, Valerie Jarrett was not seen in the West Wing for some time, and apparently no longer offered up any resistance to the Osama Bin Laden mission. What did follow from there was one or more brief meetings between Bill Daley, Hillary Clinton, a representative from Robert Gates' office, a representative from Leon Panetta's office, and a representative from Jim Clapper'soffice. I have to assume that these meetings were in essence, detailing the move to proceed with the operation against the Osama Bin Laden compound. I have been told by more than one source that Leon Panetta was directing the operation with both his own CIA operatives, as well as direct contacts with military -- both entities were reporting to Panetta only at this point, and not the President of the United States. There was not going to be another delay as had happened 24 hour earlier. The operation was at this time effectively unknown to President Barack Obama or Valerie Jarrett and it remained that way until AFTER it had already been initiated. President Obama was literally pulled from a golf outing and escorted back to the White House to be informed of the mission. Upon his arrival there was a briefing held which included Bill Daley, John Brennan, and a high ranking member of the military. When Obama emerged from the briefing, he was described as looking "very confused and uncertain." The president was then placed in the situation room where several of the players in this event had already been watching the operation unfold. Another interesting tidbit regarding this is that the Vice President was already "up to speed" on the operation. A source indicated they believe Hillary Clinton had personally made certain the Vice President was made aware of that day's events before the president was. The now famous photo released shows the particulars of that of that room and its occupants. What that photo does not communicate directly is that the military personnel present in that room during the operation unfolding, deferred to either Hillary Clinton or Robert Gates. The president's role was minimal, including their acknowledging of his presence in the room.

At the conclusion of the mission, after it had been repeatedly confirmed a success, President Obama was once again briefed behind closed doors. The only ones who went in that room besides the president were Bill Daley. John Brennan, and a third individual whose identity remains unknown to me. When leaving this briefing, the president came out of it "...much more confident. Much more certain of himself." He was also carrying papers in his hand that quite possibly was the address to the nation given later that evening on the Bin Laden mission. The president did not have those papers with him prior to that briefing. The president then returned to the war room, where by this time, Leon Panetta had personally arrived and was receiving congratulations from all who were present.

In my initial communication to you of these events I described what unfolded as a temporary Coup initiated by high ranking intelligence and military officials. I stand by that term. These figures worked around the uncertainty of President Obama and the repeated resistance of Valerie Jarrett. If they had not been willing to do so, I am certain Osama Bin Laden would still be alive today. There will be no punishment to those who acted outside the authority of the president's office. The president cannot afford to admit such a fact. What will be most interesting from here is to now see what becomes of Valerie Jarrett. One source indicated she is threatening resignation. I find that unlikely given my strong belief she needs the protection afforded her by the Oval Office and its immense powers to delay and eventually terminate investigations back in Chicago, but we shall see.

TALES OF THE EXES: President Barack Obama's EX-Girlfriends DISH On Loving A Young Obama | The Young, Black, and Fabulous

What's it like to date the future president of the US? Readers will get a glimpse soon enough as President Obama's ex-girlfriend Genevieve Cook has recently talked about dating President Obama (and their chemistry and his possible emotional issues) when he was in college. Deets inside.....

In the latest issue of VANITY FAIR, the magazine runs an excerpt from the book Barack Obama: The Story, by David Maraniss, to be published this month by Simon & Schuster.

What's interesting about this book is that it tracks down ex-girlfriends of the president and has them speak openly about their relationship. Juicy right?

Two such ladies were Alex McNear and Genevieve Cook who dated President Obama in the early 80s while he was still a student at Columbia. In their pieces, they reveal him to be smart and WISE beyond his years, but also a workaholic with possible emotional issues. If anything, these recounts make the President appear even more personable and relatable.

Though President Obama has spoken in the past about his own emotional issues and often working too hard and not spending enough time with First Lady Michelle or the kids, through Alex and Genevieve's stories you get a glimpse at where some of these issue began. First Lady Michelle has spoken about this too as something they went through several years ago and have worked through.

Executive Order -- Promoting International Regulatory Cooperation | The White House

By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, and in order to promote international regulatory cooperation, it is hereby ordered as follows:

Section 1. Policy. Executive Order 13563 of January 18, 2011 (Improving Regulation and Regulatory Review), states that our regulatory system must protect public health, welfare, safety, and our environment while promoting economic growth, innovation, competitiveness, and job creation. In an increasingly global economy, international regulatory cooperation, consistent with domestic law and prerogatives and U.S. trade policy, can be an important means of promoting the goals of Executive Order 13563.

The regulatory approaches taken by foreign governments may differ from those taken by U.S. regulatory agencies to address similar issues. In some cases, the differences between the regulatory approaches of U.S. agencies and those of their foreign counterparts might not be necessary and might impair the ability of American businesses to export and compete internationally. In meeting shared challenges involving health, safety, labor, security, environmental, and other issues, international regulatory cooperation can identify approaches that are at least as protective as those that are or would be adopted in the absence of such cooperation. International regulatory cooperation can also reduce, eliminate, or prevent unnecessary differences in regulatory requirements.

EconomicPolicyJournal.com: The Advance of a One World Government and a North American Union

The evil inside the White House operative, Cass Sunstein, is out this morning with a short essay in WSJ.

Under the guise of filling us all in on what his White House department is doing to "clear away red tape", the evil bastard is really informing his followers about the advancements in one world government and a North American union:

In an interdependent global economy, diverse regulations can cause trouble for companies doing business across national boundaries. Unnecessary differences in countries' regulatory requirements can cost money, compromising economic growth and job creation. Think of divergent requirements for car headlights, or the labeling of food, or standards for container sizes.

Recognizing this, President Obama's Jobs Council has called for U.S. agencies to better align U.S. regulations with those of our major trading partners. And today the president is issuing an executive order, "Promoting International Regulatory Cooperation," with a simple goal: to promote exports, growth, and job creation by eliminating unnecessary regulatory differences across nations.

The order makes clear that we will not undermine American laws or compromise our national prerogatives. But it emphasizes that international cooperation and harmonization can increase trade and job creation, eliminating pointless burdens without creating a regulatory race to the bottom. From now on, an interagency working group chaired by the White House Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs [Note; Sunstein chairs this agency-RW] will be a forum for reducing this red tape.

Here's the advancing of the North American union:

More generally, President Obama has worked closely with his Canadian and Mexican counterparts to create High-Level Regulatory Cooperation Councils with both countries. The councils are developing and implementing plans to eliminate or prevent the creation of unnecessary burdens on cross-border trade, streamline regulatory requirements, and promote greater certainty for the general public and for businesses in the regulation of food, pharmaceuticals, nanotechnology and other areas.

The U.S. and Canada have already agreed to harmonize their rules with respect to fuel economy, building on a long history of collaboration on national emission standards for new vehicles. This step will avoid divergent requirements and unnecessary costs on both automobile companies and consumers.

Here's the advance of the One World government:

The U.S. is also working closely with the European Union to eliminate unnecessary differences in U.S.-European regulatory requirements. Last February, the Obama administration announced an agreement with the EU under which organic products certified as such in Europe or in the U.S. may be sold as "organic" in either jurisdiction. This is not just a victory for those who grow and eat organic broccoli. The trans-Atlantic partnership, involving the two largest organic food producers in the world, will help support jobs in the years to come.

Whether the issue involves chemicals or vegetables, nations can do a far better job of harmonizing regulatory requirements to make it easier for companies to do business, and without sacrificing public health, safety and the environment. We hope that today's executive order provides a new model for eliminating red tape and promoting trade and job creation. Let's get to work.

Bottom line: You have been warned by the evil insider, himself, the march towards a North American union and a one world government continues.

The Fair Sentencing Act corrects a long-time wrong in cocaine cases

House lawmakers embraced a measure to reduce the 100-to-1 sentencing disparities between crack and powder cocaine; the Senate approved the proposal in the spring. The president is expected to sign the bill on Tuesday.

For the past three decades, those arrested for crack offenses -- mostly young, African American men -- faced far harsher penalties than the white and Hispanic suspects most often caught with powder cocaine. A person found holding 500 grams of powder cocaine would face a five-year mandatory minimum; crack offenders would have to be in possession of a mere 5 grams to face the same obligatory sentence. Crack offenders faced a 10-year mandatory minimum for carrying 10 grams of the drug; the same penalty would not kick in for a powder-cocaine suspect unless caught with 1,000 grams.

The Fair Sentencing Act of 2010 reduced the disparity to 18 to 1. An offender would have to be convicted of peddling 28 grams or more of crack to be hit with a five-year mandatory sentence. A 10-year prison term would be handed down for 280 grams or more. (Penalties for powder offenses are unchanged.) The legislation also eliminates a mandatory minimum sentence for simple possession -- a significant advance in and of itself.

Meth Smurfing

What does smurfing mean? In relation to meth, smurfing is a term that is used to describe a person or group of people that go from one store to another in order to gain enough pseudoephedrine to make meth.

The term smurfing actually comes from the banking world. Smurfing as it relates to banking was coined to describe a process in which a bank would break up huge financial transactions into several smaller ones in order to avoid tipping off the government or raising any red flags.

group of meth smurfsSince laws were passed in 2005 to prohibit people from buying large quantities of pseudoephedrine at one time, meth manufacturers have found ways around this by "smurfing" from one store to another buying just under the 2 package legal limit at each store until they have enough pseudoephedrine to make meth.

FDA may let patients buy drugs without prescriptions - Washington Times

In a move that could help the government trim its burgeoning health care costs, the Food and Drug Administration may soon permit Americans to obtain some drugs used to treat conditions such as high blood pressure and diabetes without obtaining a prescription.

Under the changes that the agency is considering, patients could diagnose their ailments by answering questions online or at a pharmacy kiosk in order to buy current prescription-only drugs for conditions such as high cholesterol, certain infections, migraine headaches, asthma or allergies.

The FDA says over-the-counter distribution would let patients get drugs for many common conditions without the time and expense of visiting a doctor, but medical providers call the change medically unsound and note that it also may mean that insurance no longer will pay for the drugs.

H5N1 Paper Published: Deadly, Transmissible Bird Flu Could Be Closer than Thought | Healthland | TIME.com

You might not have noticed, but the influenza world has been in a bit of an uproar since late last year, when news leaked out that two teams of researchers had purposefully tweaked H5N1 bird flu in the lab to potentially make it more transmissible among human beings. (H5N1 spreads like wildfire among birds -- and usually kills them -- but the virus only rarely seems to jump to human beings, though when it does the infections are often fatal.)

The two scientists — Yoshihiro Kawaoka of the University of Wisconsin–Madison and TIME 100 honoree Ron Fouchier of Erasmus University in the Netherlands — had submitted their research to Nature and Science, respectively, with the expectation of swift publication. In December, the National Science Advisory Board for Biosecurity (NSABB) did something unprecedented: they ruled that the two papers should be censored if published, that they should be scrubbed of the complete methods and viral mutations that the researchers studied, in order to head off the risk that terror groups could use the information to craft a deadly bioweapon.

Urgent Request to UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon | Fukushima Update

ANS Report

Fukushima Daiichi Unit 4's spent fuel pool has been carefully inspected by seismic engineers. Where necessary, structural reinforcement was added. Qualified engineers believe that the pool and its supports are sound and would not be affected even if an earthquake the size of the one that caused the initial event occurred right at the site of the reactor.

Here is a quote from the American Nuclear Society special report on the event that mentions what might be the tiny flicker of truth on which Alvarez bases his fear mongering.

"In April, a concern developed centered around the strength of the structure supporting the Unit 4 SFP. Between May 31 and June 20, steel support pillars were installed to provide protection against damage that might result from additional seismic events."

By the way, Robert Alvarez has an interesting background for someone described as "one of the best known experts on spent nuclear fuel." He was a music major in college before he dropped out. He married a well known antinuclear activist lawyer who represented Karen Silkwood in the famous case against Kerr-McGee. He was somehow appointed to a Department of Energy position during the Clinton Administration, but he was fired from that job after his teenage daughter turned him in for growing dozens of pot plants in the family's Takoma Park, MD basement.

U.S. EPA Targets Third Company in Biodiesel Fraud Case- Bloomberg

A Houston company was accused of selling refiners and brokers fraudulent U.S. credits for biodiesel, further roiling a $2 billion market policed by the Environmental Protection Agency.

Green Diesel LLC allegedly sold more than 60 million invalid clean-fuel credits in 2010 and 2011, the agency said in a notice sent to the company yesterday. The credits were generated without producing the required fuel to match, the agency said.

"The fraud is no longer minor by anyone's standards," said Eric Rubury, president of OceanConnect LLC, a broker for the credits that sued the EPA over its handling of the program. "This could now be in the hundreds of millions of dollars for the industry, unless the EPA recognizes the exceptional nature of this issue."

Under federal law, refiners such as Exxon Mobil Corp. (XOM) and ConocoPhillips must produce 1 billion gallons of biodiesel annually, with their contribution determined by their share of the fuel market. Under rules set up by the EPA, instead of making the fuel themselves, those refiners can buy credits from other producers to fulfill their obligations.

Seized-Up Market

The market in credits for the cleaner fuel seized up after federal prosecutors last year accused Clean Green Fuels LLC of selling 32 million fraudulent certificates. A second company, Absolute Fuels LLC, was issued a notice of violation in February for selling 48 million bogus certificates.

Each credit, or Renewable Identification Number, is worth more than $1. Philip Rivkin, the chief executive officer of Green Diesel, didn't return a telephone message today.

Green Diesel voluntarily produced certain records in August 2011 and January 2012 to the EPA, and "will continue to cooperate with the EPA in this matter," the company said in a statement provided via e-mail by its lawyer in the matter, Richard Roper. "Green Diesel looks forward to meeting with EPA to resolve this matter."

The fraud investigations also have ensnared buyers of the credits, as 30 refiners settled with the EPA without admitting wrongdoing. Exxon agreed to pay a U.S. fine of $165,407; ConocoPhillips (COP), $250,000, and a unit of BP Plc (BP/), $350,000. The EPA says those companies also need to buy replacements for any fraudulent credits, which means purchasers of the credits would have to pay millions of dollars more to replace their RINs.

Wind farms can cause climate change, finds new study - Telegraph

Usually at night the air closer to the ground becomes colder when the sun goes down and the earth cools.

But on huge wind farms the motion of the turbines mixes the air higher in the atmosphere that is warmer, pushing up the overall temperature.

Satellite data over a large area in Texas, that is now covered by four of the world's largest wind farms, found that over a decade the local temperature went up by almost 1C as more turbines are built.

This could have long term effects on wildlife living in the immediate areas of larger wind farms.

It could also affect regional weather patterns as warmer areas affect the formation of cloud and even wind speeds.

Happening on a Weekly Basis: Natural Gas Pipeline Hit (Again) in Yemen - Tracking Energy Attacks

Though authorities have been working to beef up Yemen's energy infrastructure security, efforts thus far have not been enough to stop attacks - which have occured on weekly basis this month.

The most recent attack took place on 26 April in Shabwa province when militants linked to al Qaeda blew up a gas pipeline. According to reports (MSN; Upstream): "A spokesman for Ansar al-Sharia, an armed group affiliated with Qaeda, told Reuters by telephone targeting the gas pipeline was in response to the killing of an al Qaeda leader in the central Maarib province."

This is the same pipeline hit earlier in the month and transports LNG from Maarib to the Balhaf export facility (pictured), led by French oil major Total with three South Korea companies holding stakes.

So far, however, attacks have not delayed exports. For another report with additional info see Argus.

UK Parliament Finds Rupert Murdoch Not "Fit" to Run Broadcasting Company | Crooks and Liars

Rupert Murdoch is "not a fit person" to exercise stewardship of a major international company, a committee of MPs has concluded, in a report highly critical of the mogul and his son James's role in the News of the World phone-hacking affair.

The Commons culture, media and sport select committee also concluded that James Murdoch showed "wilful ignorance" of the extent of phone hacking during 2009 and 2010 -- in a highly charged document that saw MPs split on party lines as regards the two Murdochs.[..]

Rupert Murdoch, the document said, "did not take steps to become fully informed about phone hacking" and "turned a blind eye and exhibited wilful blindness to what was going on in his companies and publications".

The committee concluded that the culture of the company's newspapers "permeated from the top" and "speaks volumes about the lack of effective corporate governance at News Corporation and News International".

That prompted the MPs' report to say: "We conclude, therefore, that Rupert Murdoch is not a fit person to exercise the stewardship of major international company."

Benefits of fluoride uncontestable, medical officer of health says - The Globe and Mail

Every citizen should have access to fluoridated water because the health benefits are uncontestable, Ontario's chief medical officer of health says.

Dr. King said there is an “irrefutable economic argument” in support of community-based water fluoridation. “The average lifetime cost per person to fluoridate is less than the cost of one dental filling,” she said. She also dismissed out of hand suggestions that fluoride poses a health risk.

The new report, Oral Health – More than Just Cavities, notes that dental caries – more commonly known as cavities – are the most prevalent chronic condition in humans, affecting 60 to 90 per cent of school-aged children and almost all adults.

Arlene King said about 70 per cent of the province's residents currently have access to a water supply that contains fluoride, and "that's not good enough."

NYT: Facebook Urges Members to Add

Nearly 7,000 people in the United States die each year while waiting for an organ transplant. It is a number that Facebook hopes to lower with its vast network of 161 million members in this country.

The company announced a plan on Tuesday morning to encourage everyone on Facebook to start advertising their donor status on their pages, along with their birth dates and schools - a move that it hopes will create peer pressure to nudge more people to add their names to the rolls of registered organ donors.

It is a rare foray by Facebook into social engineering from social networking, and one with a potentially profound effect, according to experts in the field of organ donation.

They say people declaring on Facebook that they are organ donors could spur others to sign up at motor vehicle departments or online registries. But these experts say Facebook could create an informal alternative to such registries that could, even though it carries less legal weight, lead to more organ donations.

That is because a disclosure on Facebook could provide the evidence of consent that family members need when deciding whether to donate the organs of a loved one, said Dr. Andrew M. Cameron, the surgical director of liver transplantation at Johns Hopkins Hospital.

BBC News - Ugandan army says Sudan is backing Joseph Kony's LRA

Sudan's ambassador to London has denied the allegations as "a big lie".

"We are not helping and we will not help [Joseph Kony]. He's a criminal," ambassador Abdullahi al-Azreg told the BBC's Newshour programme.

The US has sent special forces to help in the hunt for Mr Kony.

The 100-strong mission is working in four bases across Central Africa, where the LRA is moving in small groups, raiding and abducting villagers to become fighters, sex slaves or porters.

An online video produced by the US pressure group Invisible Children earlier this year helped raise international awareness of the LRA's activities.

Ireland Faces Battle Over Europe Stability Treaty - NYTimes.com

No one here seems to have much love for the Treaty on Stability, Coordination and Governance in the Economic and Monetary Union, known simply as the stability treaty. Rather, the argument is over whether Ireland has any viable alternative but to adopt it.

Advocates argue that the treaty is vital to the future of the euro currency, with provisions intended to prevent any further debt crises like that of Greece, and they warn that Ireland may have great difficulty borrowing internationally if it votes no.

Ehud Barak restates case for military strike on Iran's nuclear programme | World news | guardian.co.uk

Israel's defence minister Ehud Barak restated the case for a military strike on Iran's nuclear programme before it reaches the "immunity zone", dismissing criticism from the country's former intelligence chief that political leaders were misleading the public over the consequences of action.

"I believe it is well understood in Washington, as well as in Jerusalem, that as long as there is an existential threat to our people, all options to prevent Iran from getting nuclear weapons should remain on the table," Barak told a meeting of the Foreign Press Association.

GERMANS GIVE THESE OUT LIKE PARTY FAVORS, NUKES INCLUDED IT SEEMS

6 Decades of Deception

By Gordon Duff, Senior Editor

I will keep this short as possible. A single nuclear weapon has "gone missing" as of last week, one of four missing but this one "more missing" than the others.

The Thames Valley Police, famous for their fictional representations in the Colin Dexter detective novels, detained a high ranking government security officer, department to remain unnamed, at the behest of what we are told is the Home Secretary.

Time we put a call in to Inspector Lewis? Morse, played by John Thaw, would never have allowed such a thing. John Thaw was always a favorite and his pub of choice, The Trout outside Oxford is a nice stop off, you can misplace a nuke, torture a spy, this time one of your own, and make it home with fish and chips. I do so love Britain.

[VIDEO] - Veterans Today -

Now, to put this is American English.

A nuclear weapon that wasn't supposed to exist, a single 500 kiloton hydrogen bomb, one of four being tracked, was seen being loaded at the German port of Bemerhaven, Germany.

The groups assisting in what we were informed was a counter-terrorism surveillance operation were the American NSA, British MI 6, the Office of Naval Intelligence and the British Royal Navy. The "device" was loaded onto a Germany built "Dolphin" submarine and left the harbour doing 7.5 knots.

The submarine disappeared while being tracked by every sophisticated device NATO seems to be able to own or borrow.

At least one of those from among the listed agencies was arrested by the local police force in Oxford, their electronic surveillance gear siezed, were confined for 12 hours despite being above arrest and detention as a senior NATO intelligence officer.

Attempts to track the sub in the busy harbour were in vain and it is unknown what the nationality of the crew were or the destination, whether the UK, the US or some place in the Middle East.

What we do know is that Germany and other NATO nations, in a highly disputed exception to the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty, had held 182 such weapons until all had supposedly been given back to the United States in 2005.

HPV Scam

Dr. Deep Throat

They do have a high rate of false positives, but BY design. They are highly regulated both by the State and Federal govt. Those entities tend to lean toward false positive because it lends to a lower rate of malpractice lawsuits. The regulatory bodies don't appear as if they are doing their jobs unless there is an appearance of combating disease. The only way the media is interested in tracking that is by malpractice statistics. So they "err on the side of caution".

At least that's the way its been explained to me.

Unfortunately this leads to a number of problems. Although a lot of the physicians are genuinely good people with the best patient care in mind, they are limited by the test results given them. The insurance industry dictates a minimum level of "certainty" before a treatment is dictated and covered and depending on the lobbying abilities of the industry that certainty is thus defined, typically by the States Board of Health.

It's a nasty cycle and its getting worse. As drugs become taylored to genetics and eventually individuals it will only become more corrupt.

Short answer; It's rigged by design.

The FDA Just Approved A Drug To Treat 'Plague' - Business Insider

U.S. regulators have approved use of a powerful Johnson & Johnson antibiotic to treat plague, an extremely rare, sometimes-deadly bacterial infection.

The Food and Drug Administration also approved Levaquin, known generically as levofloxacin, to reduce risk of people getting plague after exposure to the bacteria that cause it. Called Yersinia pestis, the bacteria are considered a potential bioterrorism agent.

Plague mainly occurs in animals. People can get it from bites from infected fleas or contact with infected animals or humans. About 1,000 to 2,000 human cases occur worldwide each year.

The FDA approved Levaquin for plague after tests on African green monkeys infected with the bacteria in a lab found 94 percent of the monkeys given Levaquin survived
